Peoples Baptist Church is a conservative, independent Baptist Church founded on the principles of God’s Word.
Our services could be described as “traditional,” though not at all stiff and formal. We love inspiring, God honoring music and are blessed with many of the finest musicians and singers in our area.
We are dedicated to building families and communities that live to honor Christ, and believe that this is accomplished through sound Biblical teaching in an atmosphere of celebration and joy.

God’s Word speaks often about singing praises to Him. At Peoples Baptist Church you will find Christ-honoring music. We offer opportunities for service in our orchestra and choir. Both meet at 4:30 on Sunday afternoons.

Hundreds of families continue to move into the county every week. Each family needs a church home. Each week, our members saturate neighborhoods in our area with the Gospel of Christ. During Sunday School each member is asked to complete a visitation report.

Every Sunday, faithful men and women leave
our church very early to pick up boys and girls. It is our prayer that many of these children will come to know Christ. If you would be interested in more information about the bus ministry, please contact us.

We offer a wide variety of activities throughout the year for the children in our church and in our community.
Sunday School for each age - 10:00 AM.
Primary Children's Church ages 4-6 - 11:00 AM.

Peoples Baptist Academy, K2-Grade 12, is a GACS school of Excellence, carrying a reputation for high academic standards in a Bible-based curriculum. It offers students many opportunities to compete and excel in academics, athletics, and fine arts.

Our goal for the teens is for them to grow in a daily relationship with Christ. This spiritual growth takes place through daily fellowship with God, Bible preaching and teaching, godly examples, fellowship with other Christian teens, and an emphasis on serving others.

Peoples offers a warm, friendly fellowship of young adults. Most importantly, we offer answers to life’s questions – answers from the Word of God. Singles meet every Sunday morning at 10:00 for a time of fellowship and Bible study.

We offer warm fellowship and many activities throughout the year for couples, including an annual retreat out of town. Additionally, a wide variety of Sunday School classes are available each week. Couples enjoy fellowship with other couples while learning together.

Women of all ages are able to enjoy friendships and fellowship through a wide range of activities and events, including ladies’ meetings, morning Bible studies, Sunday School classes, Secret Angel programs, retreats, craft nights, and more.

Activities are planned that provide fellowship for men of all ages--prayer breakfasts, visitation, outings, and more. A special “Wild Game” dinner
each year with renown ESPN sportsman Chad Schearer.

The Bible instructs that Godly generations are to teach those generations to come. We have a great heritage leading us. We offer a vibrant ministry for seniors called “Primetimers” with many activities and day trips throughout the year.
